做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
