做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
