做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
