做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
