做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
