做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
